Quote Templates

Designed for MROs who perform repetitive projects such as component repair or fabrication, RAAS allows users to create templates for individual single-step jobs as well as more complex multi-step projects. Each template record can contain details such as instruction text, graphics, trade & manpower estimates and of course a material requirement list. When multiple templates are organized into a group they can be ordered and nested as sub-tasks, and the group can be saved as a pre-defined template group. Template groups can in-turn be used as the basis for a customer quote.

Heavy Check Package Modelling

For heavy check MROs, RAAS includes an Inspection Document Management module that houses OEM MPD task source data, which can be used to model customer projects in a pre-production environment for the purposes of estimating manpower and materials, and ultimately produce a customer quote. Each task record can contain details such as instruction text, instruction graphics, trade & manpower estimates, a material requirement list and access panel requirements.

A key feature in our procurement suite is electronic order approval, which, when employed, streamlines the approval/signature workflow process and simultaneously enables paperless orders.
